1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Double Rigaa website (www.doublerigaa.com) and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

  • "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Double Rigaa Apartments and its affiliates.
  • "Guest," "You," "Your" refers to any person using our website or booking our apartments.
  • "Services" refers to apartment rentals, website access, booking services, and related offerings.
  • "Booking" refers to a reservation made for apartment accommodation.

3. Booking and Reservation Terms

3.1 Eligibility

To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

3.2 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website, email, or phone. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms vary based on the length of stay:

  • Short-term stays (1-30 days): Full payment required at time of booking
  • Long-term stays (30+ days): 50% deposit required at booking, balance due before check-in
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit cards, cash

3.4 Cancellation Policy

4. Apartment Rules and Guest Responsibilities

4.1 Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out may be available upon request (additional charges apply)

4.2 Occupancy

The maximum number of occupants is specified for each apartment. Additional guests are not permitted without prior written approval. Overnight visitors must be registered.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

Guests agree not to:

  • Smoke inside the apartments (smoking areas are designated outside)
  • Engage in illegal activities on the premises
  • Disturb other residents with excessive noise (quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
  • Keep pets without prior approval
  • Damage property or remove items from the apartments

4.4 Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required for certain bookings. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, minus any deductions for damages, missing items, or additional cleaning charges.

5. Liability and Limitations

5.1 Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacements.

5.2 Personal Property

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and consider travel insurance.

5.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power failures, or pandemics.

6. Website Usage

6.1 Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6.2 User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the website's functionality
  • Upload malicious code or viruses

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Ogun State, Nigeria.
